Artemis presents her first fortified wine – and it is truly an achievement!

The great cooperation with the Aeijst distillery in St. Nikolai im Sausal and their high quality standards have enabled us to turn our idea of an organic Schilcher vermouth into reality.

For our organic Schilcher vermouth, we have used a classic vermouth recipe that we have adapted to our own ideas. Instead of white wine, we use a strong organic Schilcher from the region and highlight our organic vermouth from the various herbs added. As the residual sweetness of the Schilcher grape rounds off this vermouth perfectly, we have not added any additional sugar.

This delicious drink is pleasantly bitter and, at 18.5%, is in the ideal range in terms of alcohol content.

The drink “Schilcher vermouth” is relatively young, but is already popular in gastronomy as an ingredient in various cocktails or to refine dishes – so this wonderful droplet can be enjoyed in many ways. So … cheers meal!
